Really enjoyed this place, it was beautiful small and modern. The staff was superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating, I will never forget them. My bed was extremely comfy and the room was spotless on the upper floors. Btw, the airport was 20 km away. Had an excellent stay here.
There was no elevator.

Make sure you stay in the classic queen room with beautiful bathroom, toiletries, for example. There is an electric kettle and glassware. The staff is super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating and the food is outstanding. The location is magnificent, in an antique shop.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The hotel was in the central setting to most tourist destinations. In general the service was excellent! The personnel were extraordinary service-minded and professional.

Excellent and fantastic location close to Fairmont le Chateau Frontenac. And near to all tourist sights and plenty of nice restaurants close by, restaurants, stores and the Christmas Market, and the main areas of Quebec City.

We truly enjoyed wonderful and delicious breakfasts and great views!
No complaint, the venue met needs. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, even so everything was very good. The room was updated and spotless, had smoke detectors for the safety. Overall the staff was attentive and very helpful. It had central location close to Morrin Centre. This hotel was in a historic area just next door to the centre of Quebec City and all shops and restaurants. The service was friendly and the food was fab!

I ate at a good restaurant for dinner or breakfast. Liked magnificent views. Prime and best possible location to attractions like Fairmont le Chateau Frontenac, that was feet from the hotel. The venue staff was professional and wonderfully helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was superb, allowing us to easily explore all of Old Quebec City on foot. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. The room we stayed in on the top floor was full of character and charm, and the whirlpool tub was a delightful bonus. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of choices, and the freshly prepared food by the friendly staff member was exceptional.
Everything was perfect.

Great location, very quiet if you have rooms in the rear...don't know if rooms that front the sidewalk might be noisy at times. Friendly not formal or stuffy. Lovely room and very comfortable mattress.
